How do you photograph weddings?
I love being by your side to help you before your wedding day. I will meet with you before hand to make a schedule for your wedding day and go over any questions or worries you may have! I alway like to have open communication so you will have access to call or text me anytime. On your wedding day, all I want to capture is the feelings, the mood, the emotions, the calm and crazy moments and all the details that make your wedding unique.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I'm based in Portland, Oregon, but I'm always excited to travel for your special day! Travel fees apply for locations outside the Portland city limits or locations more than 20 miles outside of Boring OR. For 2026, the state mileage reimbursement rate in Oregon is $0.72 per mile (as set by the IRS and GSA), but I charge $0.70 per mile to keep it a little more simple.
If your wedding requires air travel and/or an overnight stay, the client is responsible for covering the necessary accommodations to ensure I can provide the best possible service and capture your day seamlessly.
When will we get our photos and what will it look like?
Within one week of your wedding, you’ll receive an online gallery link with Sneak Peeks — a little glimpse of the magic from your day. Your full gallery will follow within 8 weeks at the latest (often sooner, depending on the season) and will be filled with a rich collection of professionally edited color images, with timeless black-and-white photographs woven in to beautifully tell the story from start to finish. From your gallery, you can download every image, share them with loved ones, choose your favorites, and order beautiful, high-quality prints to cherish for years to come.
Can we customize our wedding package?
The answer is - Yes! Every wedding is unique just like every couple is unique. I have three separate packages curated, but if the couple is looking to add or take something away, I am more than happy to customize the package to fit their needs!
How do you handle the timeline of the wedding day?
I will always schedule "Planning Meetings" with my couples to go over every moment of the day that I will be covering. Once we have a schedule planned out, I will create a document for the couple, myself, and any other vendors or planners that may need the photography schedule. If the couple has a plan already made with their wedding planner, I will gladly work with that plan and customize my schedule around theirs.
