Born in Portland but raised in Walla Walla, Washington (so nice they named it twice!), I grew up in a small town where creativity had to be homemade. With not much else to do, my friends and I would head out into the wheat fields for dramatic "photoshoots," thinking we were on our way to being on the cover of Vogue. I'd rush home, edit the crap out of our masterpieces on PicMonkey, and post them proudly to Myspace. That’s where this all started.

At twelve, I was gifted my first digital camera from a kind toy shop owner, and I haven’t stopped chasing light or storytelling since.

Now based in stunning Portland Oregon, I’m a portrait and wedding photographer with a love for meaningful connection, soft light, and real moments. I live with my sassy, fluffy cat Kona, drink too much coffee, and have far more plants than space for them. When I'm not behind the lens, you’ll probably find me working with high shcoolers, planning my next trip, exploring Oregon’s hiking trails, struggling through a Crossfit workout, or editing your photos with Kona “supervising” from her perch.

My faith in God has deeply shaped how I see the world—it’s taught me to value every person’s story, to find beauty in the ordinary, and to chase after the moments that really matter.
